Troubleshooting

Stream buffers or drops

Switch to Wi-Fi or move closer to the router. Lower the video quality in the stream settings.

Video is choppy

Close background apps and switch off battery saver, which throttles video.

No sound from the host

Check the mute switch. On iPhone you may need one tap to enable stream audio.

Bet won’t register

Place chips inside the betting window — once the host closes betting, the spot locks until the next round.
